them regularly and monitoring their compliance with policy, procedure
and standards. Improve the operational systems,
processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically,
support better management reporting, information flow and management,
business process and organizational planning To monitor stock in each store, ensuring there are adequate supplies, qualities and display Control & manage operation expenses with excellence Develop & implement clear action plan to improve AOV significantly
across stores, with creative program, perfect campaign & promotion
execution
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Retail Industry. Proven track record in managing multiple store operations with strong leadership skills. Experienced in sales target achievement, store performance monitoring, and operational excellence. Strong knowledge of retail SOP, merchandising, inventory management, and visual display standards. Excellent communication, coaching, and team motivation skills.
