Job Description:

• Develop and execute manufacturing strategy aligned with business goals (Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are established and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented.

• Ensure all production results meet BPOM standards and government regulations while aligning with market preferences.

• Implement strategies to enhance production capabilities, quality, and quantity, resulting in products that meet market preferences.

• Improve work quality standards to meet GMP requirements, including proper material usage, environmental control, and ensuring products are processed with safe testing procedures.

• Responsible for leading discussions with all relevant teams regarding production processes in accordance with forecasts and the annual work plan.

• Ensure the creation of a work environment that meets occupational health and safety standards (K3) and complies with government regulations.

Requirement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,Management, or related field.

• 10+ years in cosmetics/beauty manufacturing

• Expertise in cosmetics production processes

• Expertise creating production project timelines according to approved forecasts.

• Knowledge of BPOM, GMP, ISO 22716, Halal certification.

• Proven track record scaling production from startup to multi-million scale.

• Willing to work in manufacturing environment
