Independently lead selected brand initiatives or sub-projects, demonstrating ownership and strong decision-making skills.
Proactively identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor threats, and propose solutions.
Develop conceptual frameworks, key visuals (KV), and key communication messages that effectively resonate with target consumers.
Ensure product differentiation through in-depth knowledge of formulation, packaging innovation, and consumer benefit communication.
Collaborate closely with R&D, regulatory, supply chain, and other related departments to ensure timely and compliant product delivery.
Translate brand strategy into impactful campaigns across retail, salon, and digital ecosystems.
Collaborate with agencies to craft creative briefs, evaluate proposals, and refine outputs (KV, digital content, POSM, influencer activations).
Collaborate closely with sales and trade marketing to ensure strong in-market execution (modern trade, general trade, salon distribution).
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in brand management, product development, or marketing in beauty/personal care (hair care preferred)
Experience with salon professional products or retail beauty brands is strongly valued
Proven ability to develop product concepts, KV, and communication strategies
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle (formula briefing, packaging, regulatory)
Familiar with both salon channel dynamics and retail (offline & online) marketing
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Strategic thinker with the ability to also dive into execution details
Proactive, independent, and able to manage projects
Strong communication and presentation skills (internal stakeholders + external agencies).
