Work Description

  • Drive and achieve sell-out targets for the brand’s Official Stores on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
  • Analyze sales performance and trends, and develop strategic plans to increase sell-out through official stores.
  • Manage and optimize sales channels including Live Commerce, Affiliate programs, and Store Promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platforms and creators/affiliates.
  • Develop promotional programs, sales strategies, and marketing plans to support and increase reseller store sell-out.
  • Plan and manage sales budgets effectively to maximize overall sales performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies based on data insights.

Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce or Key Account Management, preferably in the Cosmetics or Personal Care industry.
  • Target-driven with strong communication skills and a proactive, ambitious mindset.
  • Strong capabilities in sales activities, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Excellent analytical skills; data-driven and proficient in spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel).
  • Result-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to join as soon as possible (ASAP) and willing to follow Work From Office (WFO) policy.
