Work Description

    1. In-Store Brand Experience
      • Ensure the fragrance and beauty experience zone reflects the brand DNA and storytelling.
      • Engage customers with interactive demonstrations, scent explorations, and product education.
      • Maintain visual and experiential consistency aligned with marketing campaigns.
  1. Activation and Event Execution
    • Support the Brand Activation & Partnership in organizing and executing in-store events, launches, workshops, and collaborations. 
    • Coordinate logistics, event setups, and manage guest experience during activations.
    • Assist with post-event reporting, documentation, and consumer feedback. 
  2. Partnership and Community Engagement 
    • Help execute co-branding activations or partnership activities hosted within the store.
    • Build and maintain relationships with visiting influencers, media, and community groups.
    • Act as the on-ground representatives for partner visits and collaborations.
  3. Retail and Sales Support 
    • Collaborate with the Sales & Operations Manager to achieve store KPIs and conversion targets. 
    • Support the Beauty Advisors in upselling and maintaining excellent service standards. 
    • Monitor stock levels, testers, and merchandising quality. 

Requirement

  • Minimum D3 in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in retail marketing, luxury beauty, personal care, fragrance, or experiential events. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills, host personality, agile & creative, team player, and premium service attitude. 
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English. 
  • Energetic, well-groomed, and passionate about brand experience and customer interaction.
  • Willing to work on weekends or public holidays during store events.
