Affiliate Marketing Specialist - NPM

Work Description

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to recruit, engage, and activate TikTok & Shopee affiliates that helps driving e-commerce conversions. 
  2. Have a huge database of Affiliates. 
  3. Negotiate commission structures and affiliate terms tailored to influencer performance potential. 
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing communication, support, and performance insights. 
  5. Manage affiliate groups and communities to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and high engagement. 
  6. Collaborate with digital marketing teams to plan and execute affiliate-driven campaigns that align with brand objectives. 
  7. Monitor affiliate metrics, and provide regular (weekly & monthly) reports and insights to improve outcomes. 
  8. Stay current on current trends, especially in the beauty category, affiliate tools, competitors' activities, and platform features to optimize strategy and discover new opportunities. 

Requirement

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, KOL manager or creator partnerships, preferably within the E-commerce platforms (TikTok & Shopee).
  2. Proven track record of driving e-commerce sales through affiliator partnerships. 
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends, and influencer ecosystems. 
  4. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adapt strategies accordingly (e.g., CPA, conversion rate, ROAS). 
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
