Senior Key Account Management B2C
Work Description
- Drive and achieve sell-out targets for the brand’s Official Stores on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Analyze sales performance & trends; develop strategic plans to boost sell-out.
- Manage and optimize key sales channels: Live Commerce, Affiliate/Creator programs, and in-store promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Platform RMs (Relationship Managers) and affiliate creators.
- Develop promotional programs, sales strategies, and marketing plans.
- Plan and manage sales budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance continuously and optimize based on data insights.
Requirement
- 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce / Key Account Management, managing Official Stores on TikTok Shop & Shopee.
- Preferably from Cosmetics, Personal Care, or FMCG industries.
- Target-driven, proactive, strong in negotiation & presentation.
- Data-driven with advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel).
- Result-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Willing to join ASAP and fully WFO (Work From Office).
