Work Description

  • Drive and achieve sell-out targets for the brand’s Official Stores on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
  • Analyze sales performance & trends; develop strategic plans to boost sell-out.
  • Manage and optimize key sales channels: Live Commerce, Affiliate/Creator programs, and in-store promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Platform RMs (Relationship Managers) and affiliate creators.
  • Develop promotional programs, sales strategies, and marketing plans.
  • Plan and manage sales budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance continuously and optimize based on data insights.

Requirement

  • 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce / Key Account Management, managing Official Stores on TikTok Shop & Shopee.
  • Preferably from Cosmetics, Personal Care, or FMCG industries.
  • Target-driven, proactive, strong in negotiation & presentation.
  • Data-driven with advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel).
  • Result-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Willing to join ASAP and fully WFO (Work From Office).
