• Managing affiliates: Receiving, managing, and establishing relationships with affiliates 
• Collaborating with affiliates: Working with affiliates to create content for social media, such as product reviews, tutorials, and unboxing videos 
• Researching: Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities 
• Planning: Planning new marketing initiatives 
• Analyzing: Analyzing performance metrics to improve strategies 
• Communicating: Communicating with affiliates to provide support, resources, and incentives 
• Negotiating: Negotiating and managing contracts and commission structures with affiliates 
• Staying up-to-date: Staying up-to-date with industry trends to improve strategies 

Requirement

- A Fresh graduate student from any major 

- Have strong Interest in the beauty industry and eager to learn.

- Willing to do WFO 

- Have excellent communication skills.
