Assistant Brand Manager - Event & Partnership - NPM
Work Description
- Brand Activation
- Plan, execute, and evaluate consumer activation programs (in-store, pop-up, and digital) to drive engagement and conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors for event and campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide post-activation reports and analysis.
- Partnership & Co-Branding
- Identify, propose, and manage partnership opportunities with relevant lifestyle, retail, or corporate brands.
- Develop co-branding concepts and ensure alignment with brand image and positioning.
- Coordinate partnership contracts, deliverables, and brand visibility.
- B2B & Corporate Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with potential corporate partners for gifting, bulk purchase, and exclusive collaboration.
- Support the sales and marketing team with B2B activations or private events.
- Communication & Coordination
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Digital, PR, and Retail, to ensure campaign consistency.
- Manage activation timelines, budgets, and reporting.
- Prepare creative briefs and activation toolkits for execution teams.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, PR, or Communication.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, event activation, or partnership management (experience in beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle brand preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, has strong network and relationship-building skills, collaborative and proactive in identifying partnership or event opportunities.
- Presentable, good looking, confident, and passionate about beauty and lifestyle brands.
- Enjoy fast-paced and creative environments.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English.
