Work Description

  • Strategically manages the flow of Health & Beauty products from principle’s to market.

  • Overseeing overall distribution strategy, operations (warehousing, inventory, transport), and teams, focusing on efficiency, cost control through data analysis, process improvement, and compliance with regulations.

  • Overseeing distributor/retailer partnerships, sales targets, profit & loss, omnichannel execution, cross-functional collaboration to drive growth in retail.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the distribution network, key retail accounts, and medical institutions (hospitals, clinics). Negotiate long-term agreements and act as an escalation point for service issues.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and market penetration strategies to achieve regional/national revenue and margin targets.

  • Design and implement marketing, sales, and commercial policies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to lead go-to-market strategies, product launches, and marketing collateral creation.

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams, setting clear performance expectations.

  • Utilize market intelligence and data analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior. Produce accurate sales forecasts and reports.

  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory standards specific to the beauty and medical industries (e.g., GMP/CPKB standards for cosmetics, medical device regulations). Set vision, conduct market research, identify trends, and contribute to business growth in a dynamic industry.


Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management (Marketing) or a related field is typically required; an MBA is often preferred.

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the FMCG Beauty Industry.

  • Excellent business acumen, including financial management and budget allocation.

  • Deep understanding of the distribution network and retail landscape in the beauty and medical sectors. 

  • Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Ability to manage complexity and multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
