Job Description:
Market Expansion: Proactively identify, recruit, and manage high-performing distributors and B2B customers across international markets.
Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations regarding pricing structures, distribution agreements, and secure payment terms to maximize profitability.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales KPIs, maintain accurate demand forecasting, and provide analytical reports on regional market trends and competitor activity.
Trade Compliance: Oversee the end-to-end export process, ensuring all shipments and documentation comply with international trade laws, customs regulations, and country-specific certifications.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for international partners, ensuring brand alignment and long-term business sustainability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in International Trade, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Export Sales, with a strong preference for candidates from the FMCG, Beauty, or Personal Care industries.
Demonstrated success in "hunting" for new business and scaling emerging markets from the ground up.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in other foreign languages (ex: Mandarin) is an advantage.
Deep understanding of Incoterms, international payment instruments, and global logistics frameworks.
Strong negotiation tactics, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively across department and different cultures or time zones.
