Work Description

  • Lead the affiliate commerce team end-to-end.
  • Optimize performance through A/B testing, creative content exploration, trend analysis, and forecasting.
  • Develop effective affiliate strategies and plans to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Digital, and E-Commerce teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with creators, platforms, and MCNs/Agencies to execute campaigns.
  • Manage the overall budget and ensure spending aligns with approved plans.

Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or Management.
  • Preferably with experience in Beauty Brands, MCN, Agencies, or Platforms.
  • 1–2 years of experience managing affiliate creators on TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Target-oriented and results-driven.
  • Familiarity and experience in managing KOL/KOC.
