Assistant Manager Affiliate E-Commerce
Work Description
- Lead the affiliate commerce team end-to-end.
- Optimize performance through A/B testing,
creative content exploration, trend analysis, and forecasting.
- Develop effective affiliate strategies and
plans to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with Brand, Digital, and
E-Commerce teams to achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with creators, platforms, and MCNs/Agencies
to execute campaigns.
- Manage the overall budget and ensure
spending aligns with approved plans.
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing,
Business, Communication, or Management.
- Preferably with experience in Beauty Brands,
MCN, Agencies, or Platforms.
- 1–2 years of experience managing affiliate
creators on TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and
strategic planning skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship
management abilities.
- Target-oriented and results-driven.
- Familiarity and experience in managing
KOL/KOC.
