Work Description
- Prepare and develop products and marketing concepts in accordance with the brand
- Implement marketing plans and strategies to support and create a brand image or brand building that can be accepted by consumers
- Manage all aspects of brand-related activities, such as consumer insights, advertising development, media planning, consumer & trade promo, market research, product development, and pricing.
- Winning market competition for existing products
- Evaluate new products using the brand during the launch period
- Conduct stock forecasting on a monthly basis
- Lead the team on product development projects
Requirement
- Maximum 40 years old.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Required languages: Indonesian: English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Brand Marketing/Brand Executive, especially in beauty industry; Personal Care, Toiletries, Hair Care, Cosmetics, FMCG or Retail Beauty.
- Required Skills: Brand Management, Brand Development, Marketing, Promotion.
- Experience as Senior Brand Marketing/Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Manager is preferred.
- Willing to work in Puri Kembangan, Jakarta Barat
